I am an experienced Florida Lawyer, who, since 1989 has handled thousands of Traffic and Criminal Defense cases. I am a University of Miami and Nova University School of Law graduate and a member of the Florida Bar since 1989. THE CONSEQUENCES OF PAYING YOUR TICKET
Paying your ticket is an admission of guilt and points will be assessed against your driving record. If you pay your ticket you must pay the full amount of the ticket and not a reduced amount. If you elect driving school, in lieu of points, that will also be considered an admission of guilt and you will have to pay the fine and the fee for the school. Also, when your insurance company finds out that you went to driving school they can still raise your premium even without you receiving points.

NO POINTS GUARANTEED
If I am not successful at keeping the points off your record while representing you on a non criminal traffic infraction and you have had no other tickets in the past 12 months I will refund my attorney's fee back to you in full.

LOW OVERALL COSTS
With few exceptions, most of my clients have paid out less money in fees and costs than the price of the traffic ticket plus driving school costs. Of course, the biggest savings is that with no points your insurance premium will not increase.

NO COURT APPEARANCES
Unless you have been cited with a criminal offense/ticket, it is not likely that you will have to make any court appearances, we do that for you.

SAVE TIME AND HASSLE
Why waste your time appearing in court and waiting, sometimes for hours until your case to heard? Whether your court appearance is tomorrow or has already passed, I can still file the necessary paperwork to appear on your behalf in order to avoid the suspension of your driver's license. If your license is already suspended, I can generally get it reinstated within a few days. You will not even have to go to the DMV, we do that for you.

ONLINE SERVICE- NO OFFICE VISITS
Except for criminal offenses, including DUI, it is not necessary for you to visit my office -- everything can be handled right here, right now. Out of state visitors ticketed in Florida are welcome to use my services as well. I accept VISA, Mastercard and Debit Cards.
